Samantha R. Washington grew up in upstate Binghamton, New York. She is the second oldest of eight children and started writing short stories at the age of ten. Her desire to pursue a career in film began after serving eight years as a Logistician in the United States Air Force. She graduated with a film production degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta in 2016 and primarily serves in freelance, as a First Assistant Director. She also served in logistics at Grady Emergency Medical Services. Samantha has one son and resides in Atlanta GA.
Those who knew Samantha loved her. She always had a beautiful smile on her face.
