Puppy Love - Sammy’s Skin Sitch

Hi, My name is Sammy. I’m a 1.5 year old Samoyed living in Baltimore. I’ve recently been diagnosed with a skin condition on my face that is starting to eat away at my fur. Treatment for this condition is starting to be very expensive (steroids, vet specialist, etc) & my owner has run out of money to keep funding the treatment.
