Sam's Hockey Injury Medical Fund

On Friday December 17th Sam was involved in an accident during overtime of his high school hockey game. This scary situation was handled wonderfully by the many medical professional that were in attendance at The Ice Box. Once at the ER he was assessed and found to have no broken bones but he laceration across his thigh required stiches 5 stiches to the muscle and 20 stiches on his thigh. Sam will unfortunately miss the next 4-8 weeks of hockey. While USA hockey provides an insurance policy the deductible on this policy is $3500.00. As such a close knit hockey community it would be wonderful if we could come together and help Sam's family with this expense. Anything that can be given would be appreciated.
