Sam's Medical and Recovery Fund

My 29 year old cousin Sam suffered a stroke yesterday . He has a torn vein in his spine that supplies blood to the cerebellum. He is going to be in the hospital for awhile. I know 1st hand what happens financially when you're unable to work. I hope to help Sam (he recently got married and his birthday was just over a week ago) with your assistance, so this injury doesn't have to be anymore traumatic for him and the family than it already has been.
