Samuel Choi Medical Expense Fund

Samuel Y. Choi, born December 14, 2012, fell asleep in Jesus on Sunday, October 30, 2016 after a tragic accident at the home of a family friend. He is survived by his parents, Joseph & Angela Choi and his older brother Nathaniel, among other extended family members.

Samuel was a big part of the Hagerstown community and constantly present at both the adventist elementary and high schools in the area. His smile and laugh brightened the lives of many.

This campaign has been created to help support the family financially as they begin to receive medical bills related to this incident, the cost of counseling for each member of the family, and other expenses to be incurred in the coming months.
