Early last week, Sam went to the emergency room with severe abdominal pain hours before his wife, Megan, would deliver their child. Megan delivered a beautiful and healthy baby girl named Mayzie.

Tragically, Sam lost consciousness less than one hour later and could not be revived in the emergency room.

Sam is survived by his wife Megan and his children Elyas and Mayzie (2 yr and newborn). This young family will need help to survive without Sam's primary income.

The road ahead will be difficult, but you can help bring stability by donating to this memorial fund in Sam's honor.
