Samuel Primeaux's Road to Recovery
Donation protected
A truck pulled in front of my brother Sam Primeaux’s motorcycle on June 22 of this year. The accident broke his back in several places, crushed his pelvis, and left him without the use of his legs. The elderly illiterate driver who pulled in front of him has no assets and carried the minimum liability insurance…so it’s also turning into a financial catastrophe for Sam’s family.
Sam’s bones have healed. His spinal cord has not. Doctors in Houston declined Phase 2 therapy this week because there’s no feeling in his legs, no nerve activity, therefore “nothing to work with.”
At 17 years old, he is determined to fight his way out of that wheelchair. But he has only his own determination and the encouragement of friends (and strangers) to bolster his hopes.
Your contribution—any amount—would help more than you could possibly know.
