Sand Bagging Plaque in Moline Illinois

The Sandbagging Plaque placed to Thank the volunteers for helping hold back the

Mississippi River flood in 1965. The plaque needs to be moved, restored and placed in a better location on the Levee area in Moline. We are asking for donations to assist with

this project. We hope to match funds with the City of Moline to complete

the project.
