The Carlos Sandfoss MD Memorial

One day a young man walked into the University of Kentucky Emergency Department as a first year resident.  A man with the brightest smile and contagious laugh that could brighten the spirits of any stressful day,  Carlos was a man you could not help but love. 

This week we received the terrible news that Carlos had tragically passed away; leaving a grieving family and hundreds of friends to somehow make sense of this loss.
A man whose generosity and selfless acts will never be forgotten.

The doctors, nurses, and staff of the University of Kentucky Emergency Department ask for your donations to help support Carlos' family in their greatest time of need.
