Sandhurst Day Centre donations in memory of Michael Yeomans

Dad (Mick) was sadly diagnosed as having two brain tumours in October 2024 and shortly after was diagnosed with high grade terminal Brain Cancer. The brutality of brain cancer took quick effect and overnight Dads world was significantly limited as he was no longer able to drive and quickly found his body failing him. Dad really struggled with the immediate impact on his ability to get out and about and socialise, and sadly was something we were never able to truly overcome during his illness as it became harder to get Dad in and out of the house/car. A rapid decline in Dads health lead to his tragic passing on the 23rd February 2025. Whilst Dad had no affiliation to the Sandhurst Day Centre, it is exactly the kind of local community service that could have helped him socially, had his health and mobility not declined so rapidly. Sandhurst Day Centre provide a vital service to transport many of their service users to and from the Centre daily. We are therefore raising money in Dads name, in aid of SANDHURST DAY CENTRE ASSOCIATION, and hope to support them to ensure they can continue to provide a transport service to the residents of Sandhurst who need it most. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us. Rebecca, David and Denise xxxx
