We are pleased to announce Randy Andrayus Sandifer's Legacy Scholarship in his remembrance.
Randy A. Sandifer, Owner of Sandifer & Associates Forensic Firm, was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2014 for the environmental research he conducted while stationed in Abu Ghraib prison. His research led to the closing of the prison due to the dangerous hydrocarbon levels in the soil near residents’ water supply. Upon return to the United States from the Iraq War, Randy eagerly pursued higher education earning a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice with emphasis in Law Enforcement, Graduate Certificate in Forensic Death Investigations- Forensic Pathology from University of Florida, Master of Science in Forensic Studies with a speacialization in criminialistics from Stevenson University, and Masters of Science in Cybersecurity Studies & Graduate certificate in Digital Forensics from American University.
In addition, Randy continued to pursue hands-on classroom training earning a certification as a Certified Digital Forensic Examiner. Randy acknowledged the importance of obtaining certifications and hands-on training to complement education. As a result, Randy created and provided, within the Firm, a training curriculum with the goal of narrowing or closing disparity gaps and increasing career development.
Randy Andrayus Sandifer's Legacy scholarship foundation will financially assist scholars that are in pursuit of an education, certification, or hands-on training in Environmental Science or Forensic Science.
Please take part in Honoring his Legacy by donating to the Scholarship Foundation. Prayers and powerful words of manifestation for the scholarship fund are welcome.
