Sandra Lanier-Smith Funeral Expenses

The Smith-Lanier family is reaching out and asking for help with Sandra's funeral expenses. Sandra held many titles in her life, but no matter who you were to Sandra, you ended up calling her "Mama." She had a nurturing spirit and a heart big enough to hold everybody in it. Her house was always full of people, she was always cooking something, and she would always make sure you've been fed. Sandra and her husband raised 5 children of their own, and many many foster children, as she was a foster mother for decades. Her home was always open to anyone who wanted to visit, or needed a place to stay. She was always trying to help people solve their problems. If you needed help, no matter what it was, she somehow found a way to fix it or make it better. She also fought many battles of her own, such as surviving breast cancer and losing her husband "Bo" 3 years ago. Sandra always made sure everyone in her life was taken care of, and we want to make sure she is taken care of and put to rest properly.

Unfortunately Sandra had a very small amount of life insurance, and we are asking for any donations to help cover the majority of the funeral expenses. Every little bit helps. Thank you.
