Sandra L Papp Memorial Scholarship Fund

In honor of Sandra, a beautiful, shining mom, sister and friend, we are creating a scholarship to continue her support of elementary school education for several Cambodian children. Without this support, the children are unable to get even a basic education. Sandra believed strongly that education is critical to unlocking children's potential and giving them better opportunities for their futures.
