34 mile Sandstone Trail for Halton Haven Hospice

Hi, I’m David & for those of you that know me will know I lost my beautiful Mum Sue to cancer on October 1st 2022, she was just 63.

She spent the last 5 weeks of her life in Halton Haven Hospice in Runcorn who I will forever be in debt to for making my Mums last weeks as happy and as comfortable as they could be.

Their professionalism, generosity and caring nature really is of the highest level.
Although, I’ve lived in Runcorn for nearly 40 years I never understood how lucky we are to have this facility on our doorstep until I was unfortunate enough this year to need it.

It costs £2.6million a year for the hospice to run and they rely heavily on donations and fundraising.
Therefore, on Mothers Day (March 19th) I will be walking the 34 mile Sandstone Trail through Cheshire along with a handful of friends in 1 day in memory of my Mum and to raise as much money as possible for the Hospice.

Please help me achieve this for a fantastic cause.
Any amount of money is appreciated and will all help towards the cause.

Thanks in advance and wish me luck

All the best to you all for 2023

David
