Sandy Atkins & Judy Flaugher

Hi my name is Kim Atkins. Sandy Atkins & Judy Flaugher. They have been friends for 40 years and last week during the heatwave 90+ temps the air-conditioning in their home died. After many repairs and bandaids it has come to the point it needs replaced. 12 estimates later we have went with the most budget friendly coming in at 10k. Both these ladies turn 80 years old this year and live on a very modest social security income. They have spent their entire lives helping others whether it be a meal, physical help, or even a roof over the heads of quite a few over the years. Update: After appearing on Channel 7 to share their story we were contacted by a Dayton HVAC company and they offered to install a complete system for the balance of the GoFundMe. Our prayers have been answered. For that reason the GoFundMe is being closed and a huge thank you goes out to everyone who helped us help them.
