Sandy is my close friend, confidant and our wonderful church secretary! Her kids and mine have grown up together and we have been friends for 13 years now! I set up this gofundme because Sandy is in desperate need of help from her family - and that is US, the body of Christ!
Wednesday, October 21st she hit a large deer while traveling on 96 hwy between Avilla and Carthage, totalling her car and suffering serious injury to her back. She was taken by ambulance to Freeman hospital in Joplin, and is having spinal surgery Friday morning. She has 2 broken vertebra and 1 is compressing her spinal cord. It is a very big, and delicate operation she is facing.
Meanwhile, Sandy has no health insurance. Due to circumstances beyond her control, her health insurance policy was recently cancelled! So, I am just putting this out there for folks who can give to help ease this financial burden. She is going through some very serious issues personally, and now facing the fight of a lifetime physically. If we could help her with the medical bills, I know it would be such a blessing.
Sandy has always been the servant of all. She has devoted her life to serving others, to tending to the needs of others, to mentoring and listening and praying for others. Well, now it is our turn to minister to her. How many of you have been blessed by her!!?? We ALL HAVE! I hope you will consider how you can help.
