Sandy's Rotator Cuff Surgery

Hi everyone, my name is Sandra (Sandy) Griffin, and I am starting a GoFundMe because I have a couple of big surgeries coming up and I am going to be out of work for quite a bit. The first one is for my torn rotator cuff, I have two tears, and one tear is high-grade, almost all the way through. They are asking for a $500 deposit towards my surgery, and it is a three-month recovery period, and I will not be able to work at all for at least half of that they tell me. I will the first six weeks in a surgical sling, then another six weeks, at least, of physical therapy. Things are going to be very difficult for me, financially and physically. The second surgery is for a fusion in my neck to place a cage between two of my vertebrae, and then do a bone graft, and fuse them together. We had to postpone this surgery, due to the severity of the tears in my rotator cuff. I just went through a cardiac device procedure, my oldest daughter just endured a year of leukemia treatment, so this past year has been extremely hard for us already, and now this is happening.I am hoping to raise enough money to cover the deposit fee, and maybe raise a little to help offset some of the expenses once I am out of work.
