Remembering Sanell: A Fundraising Appeal in Her Honour

It is with heavy hearts that we reach out to you today to pay tribute to Sanell - a remarkable woman, wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend whose life was tragically cut short by Leukaemia, only 6 weeks after diagnosis.

After receiving numerous requests to offer financial support to Sanell’s family, we've decided to launch this GoFundMe campaign. The money raised will not only help her family navigate the painful process of bidding her farewell, but also contribute to the research fund - Leukaemia UK - which was close to her heart.

Sanell's journey was one rooted in unwavering faith with an unbreakable spirit. She was a devoted wife to Hentie and loving mother to Amelie and Mine. Her Christian faith the bedrock of her life. Sanell's radiant spirit and optimism was infectious and her heart warming smile touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

For her husband, daughters, parents Chrislu and Corinne, and sisters Marisa and Corli, Sanell was not just a symbol of faith, love, and strength, but a guiding light, a solid source of support, and a beacon of inspiration. Her compassionate and joyful nature transcended cultural boundaries and had a profound impact on the lives of people from all walks of life.

In the face of this immeasurable loss, we have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and tributes from all corners of the globe. What a testament to the incredible mark Sanell has left on those who were fortunate enough to know her. Her life was a tapestry of vibrant colours, steadfast compassion, boundless joy and truth.

Sanell's beautiful brown smiling eyes expressed the joy she found in life and the love she shared with everyone around her. Her positivity was refreshingly inspiring, even in the darkest moments.
