Santana Taylor: Help Bring A Haven to NYC

Hi, my name is Santana. I'm a 30 something year old woman that grew up in Brooklyn, NY and have landed in Queens, NY. As a NYC native, I know all too well how amazing this wonderful city is. We are a different breed and know how this city is like no other place on this vast globe. While being one of the greatest cities on earth, there are still times we need a break. A break from the bills, the commute, the alternate side street parking etc. There are times we just say,"damn I need a vacation", or you’ll head to a travel deal site and imagine a quick getaway. I want to create that getaway here in NYC!

Hookah Haven will be a place for us to seek refuge when life starts to get stressful: a literal haven! I want to bring this haven where, of course you can eat, drink, and of course as the name suggests, smoke some hookah. But I want this place to be so much more than that. I want it to also be a place that brings calmness, well being, delight, culture, and human interaction. I want you to be able to leave all the stress and struggles at the door, and enter your local getaway and release. Imagine relaxing in a serene atmosphere enveloped with greenery and leaves, almost a jungle-like feeling, eating tasty quick bites while drinking fresh handcrafted cocktails, with the option of smoking quality premium shisha. All while listening to soothing beats, and at times live entertainment. It will be a pleasure for all of your senses.

This is where you come in! As much as I would love to bring Hookah Haven here tomorrow, I'll need financial support. Donations are very much needed to get this off the ground. All donations will go towards everything pertaining to Hookah Haven, from the LLC and permits to the venue and goods.
