-Mission-
Our mission at Sapo Sanctuary is to honor, protect, & create a safe, sustainable, abundant future for the Giant Waxy Monkey Tree Frog, also known as the Kambo Frog.

-Current Non-Financial Mission Needs-
We are in need of support & assistance with the following projects:
- Onsite Physical Labor (Infrastructure Construction, Digging the Ponds, Planting, Supply Transportation).
- Onsite Guardianship (Native/Local Only - Salary Position).
- Wisdom from a Herpetologist and Ecologist.
- Guidance/assistance to transition Sapo Sanctuary into an International 501c4 Non-Profit. 
- Grassroots Volunteers for Awareness Assistance and
Fundraising Support.
- Onsite Sapo Sanctuary Kambo "Guardians of Integrity" Shifts (Practitioners Only).
- Architectural Design for the Kambo Tree (Frog) House Altar.
- Word Press Website Design Assistance.
- Wood Burning Artist for Property Signage.
- Creative Land Artists for the Ground Altar Meditation Space.
- Land Artists for the "Nest the Amazon" Installation/Retreat.
- Natural Material Sculpture Artists for the Kambo Frog Statue.
- Future Retreat Support.

-Current Financial Mission Needs-
What are the Funds we raise going to be used for?
- Purchasing the 20 hectars of land that surround the small amount of land we currently have.
(At $800/hectar with a minimum purchasing contract of 10 hectars to sign for the land rights.)
- Building the Frog Hatchery Safety Structure.
- Planting 25-30 Fruit Trees & other flora to support the ecosystem & diet of the Frogs.
- Building the main Tambo hut to house the Sapo Sanctuary Guardian & Family.
- Paying the year round Salary for the Sapo Sanctuary Guardian.
- Paying the local Amazonian Natives for Infrastructure Construction (Digging, Planting, Tambo Huts, Composting Toilet, Altar Tree (Frog) House, Etc.)
- Building 8-10 smaller Tambo huts for guests to come stay & visit the Frogs at Sapo Sanctuary.
- Building (2) Composting Toilet.
- Building a Kambo Tree (Frog) House Altar.
- Building a Ground Altar Meditation Space.
- Hiring a videographer to document the progress, updates, & create a virtual tour of Sapo Sanctuary in action.
- Purchase of the merchandise items used to continue raising funds and awareness for the future: Stickers, Wooden Pendants, Hats, Etc.
- Paying for our Website/Design & Marketing.


-Mission Time Line-
March 10th 2017 - Mission communicated by the Kambo Spirit, & the manifestation of Sapo Sanctuary began!
April 6th 2018 - Land owner approval to manifest Sapo Sanctuary on the physical Earth plane.
April 16th 2018 - Shovel in the ground, construction begins on the first pond.
April 28th 2018 - Honoring the Full Moon & "Save The Frog Day" - Sapo Sanctuary is announced to the public. Gofund "Us"and social media platform launched.
...Upcoming:
June 12 - July 14th 2018 - Site visit check-in & onsite groundwork continues along with GoPro documentaion.

Support The Matses:
We asked the Matses Tribe if we could support them in any way? As of now - They have requested we bring them bug nets, & mantas (which are tarps used to carry goods on their backs while travling on foot). The jungle is so beautifully alive that it slowly eats away at their bug nets & mantas! If you feel called to support the Matses Tribe to fullfill this humble supply request, please see the donation option above specifically for them!

Kambo Frog - Peace Officers:
This is a secret mission that we are still developing the framework for, which involves a deeper level of protection for the future of the Kambo Frogs. If your heart feels called to learn more about this project - please contact us!

Kambo Guardians of Integrity:
At Sapo Sanctuary we believe it is important to acknowledge integrity and to do this we will highlight the Kambo Practitioners that understand the importance of giving back to the Kambo Frogs and who are supporting the future of the Kambo Frogs themselves. The Kambo Guardians of Integrity will do this by donating their energy as an offering and the financial contribution they  receive from three Kambo Sessions per year.

The Kambo Guardians of Integrity will  be applying into this Guardianship role through a screened application process which if accepted will then be published by their photo.

We may also call fourth our Guardians for future onsite missions including retreat assistance, project help, and space holding on the land to protect the Kambo Frogs.
