Sadly on Thursday 18th July, my beautiful sister in law Sara Jane Pope gained her angel wings aged 45 leaving behind her husband Damian and boys, Daniel, Regan, Tyler and Corey, she was looking forward to becoming a grandma.
If you can help take some of the stress away from Damian and the boys to give Sara the best send off she deserves.
