Sara Mccall and children

Hello my name is Karen Gardner and I am fund raising for my daughter and grand kids.

Sara and her kids could benefit greatly from any contribution that could be made. Sara and the kids are involved in a deep mental health issue with her husband Jon over many years. Jon has been diagnosed for many years with CTE, dementia , paranoid and schizophrenia. Jon played football for Troy Athens High School, Central Michigan College and AFL and NFL football. He is in the Central Michigan hall of fame. Jon is a very intelligent Christian man. He received many concussions being a line backer. In the last 10 years the symptoms have gotten worse. Jon was interviewed by TV years ago regarding his CTE. . With this diagnosis many patients take their medication for some time and then feel they don’t need it any longer. They feel they are right and the whole world is wrong. This is very common. This has happened many times before. Admitted to Beaumont, Providence, MSU and closed head injury treatment facility in Indiana. Unfortunately the mental health care in Michigan is terrible. We have tried for years to get him help. . The police have been to the house many times. He had many security systems, taped windows closed, guns and etc. He was worried someone was putting something in his body , in the house , on the roof and tampering with medications and breaking into the house. Jon will probably will never see money from the football teams. Sara and Jon worked for Quicken Loans for years.

Sara is also disabled. Has neuropathy in both legs and feet. Severe B1, B12 and copper deficiency. She uses a walker. We had her in a pain management ,laser treatment program and Physical therapy. Laser is FDA approved but not covered by insurance. Stimulates the nerves and wakes things up. Jon refused to pay or help pay. Would not let her aunt and I drive her to any medical appt . She really needs to get back in treatment to help her with every day chores and her children . They had her almost walking only with a cane .

On March 25 Jon had a 4 hr standoff with Oakland County Swat Team and Royal Oak Police. They arrested him on domestic abuse and he spent 3 weeks in jail. He is out on tether and bond. Sara and the kids will need lots counseling . He was holding them almost in a captive situation for 8 mo. The kids go to school but weren’t really able to do outside activities like a lot of kids. He was parinoid about a lot of it and didn’t really let the kids join in. Jon has locked up all the money for years. Manage to take Sara $ too. She cant even get into the household money to pay bills. She gets about $2500 a month SSS disability. The kids SSS money goes in his acct and Sara is unable to get it changed to her acct without a attny . We have contacted a few attny. They want $3500 retainer to start. A pre trial was just set for May 30 for Jon . We would like to raise money for medical treatment, counseling, hire attny to secure finances and housing. She will need to move soon. She can not keep up with the care of the home. $3500 or moore for attny, $4800 for 3 mo 3x week laser treatment. Sara insurance covers most of physical therapy, she also is getting copper infusions every 3 weeks . Then counseling . I will personally make sure the money gets where it should .
