Help Sarah and Addie recover from car accident

Sarah (VanScyoc) Shields and her daughter Addie were in a terrifying car accident on November 21st. Sarah spent a week in the hospital and will be out of work for at least another month. She had to undergo surgery to repair her aortic valve and will most likely deal with back issues for the unforeseeable future. Addie fractured her wrist. Sarah will be dealing with her recovery and pain management, so I'd like to come together and help lessen the financial blow. Her car is totaled, so she will have to buy a new car, not to mention the medical bills and lost time from work. Sarah is a kind and generous soul, and has helped so many people through the years, lets help her recover.
