Sarah Bashiri family

Hi, my name is Dorothy Gause and I'm fundraising for Sarah Bashiri. Sarah Bashiri is gravely ill, and her family is in dire financial condition. Money is needed to pay their mortgage, utility bills, and living costs, not to mention the past and current medical bills. Nuch, Cyrus, and Sarah have been through a lot; it's important for them to feel the love from all of us in this difficult time.

 

About two years ago, Sarah learned she had tumors in her kidneys. After surgery to remove them, she learned the tumors had been cancerous. Since that time, for a while, Sarah was able to return to work and resumed enjoying life. Sadly, this past summer Sarah began to feel unwell. In late October, she was hospitalized for two weeks. Unfortunately, without going into the technical details, Sarah’s body began to give out. Sarah is home now. On hospice.

 

Sarah has been off work for quite a while; she has no disability income. She needs constant care and is too weak to be home alone. As Nuch is self employed, it is impossible for him to bring in needed income. Nuch and Sarah’s son Cyrus is just embarking on his adult life. He is trying to continue with his education, work, AND caring for his mom. Past health issues of the family long ago depleted what little savings had existed.

 

Money is needed for the regular necessities of life as well as medical bills and supplementing hospice care.

 

Sarah and Nuch have been there in so many ways for each of us. Now it’s our turn to help them.
