Sarah goes to WUKF Worlds

I am raising funds to go to the WUKF World Karate Championships in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, in July 2022 as a member of the USA National Team!

I've been competing in many local and regional tournaments since 2014 and in 2021 I went to my first world-level tournament with WKC (an open style circuit), earning bronze for Team USA. This is my first run at participating on the world level with a traditional style circuit and I am very excited to have been selected for the team!

As many of you know, I am also getting married right before the tournament which makes funds a bit tight. Many costs are involved in participating on the USA Team such as airfare, hotel, and entry fees. If you are able to, any donation amount will make an impact on my ability to make this happen. If you are unable to, warm wishes of good luck are appreciated in lieu of funds. :)

Additionally, I have spent the majority of my "karate career" on the open circuit. I am available to coaching/teaching open-style traditional bo and kata/forms to all who are interested to make this exchange fairer. Please note that any Okinawan/Japanese lessons will be limited to Goju-Ryu kata.
