Sarah jones"s last journey

As you may know my beautiful friend Sarah jones passed away last night , leaving her family , partner and 3 beautiful children. Sarah has had heart problems since birth ( pulmonary stenosis , transposition of great arteries and only had use of one lung )

her partner mick is now sole carer of there beautifull 5 year old son who suffers with cerebral palsy. I'm setting this go fund me page up to raise as much as possible for Sarah to have the send if she deserves and to ease the worry of money at this sad time. Anything over will go to her partner for him and there children.

34 Years you fought so hard you are a warrior and we are all going to miss you so much.
