SARAH MALONEY'S MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS JOURNEY

Hi, my name is Ashleigh and I am fundraising for my amazing friend Sarah Maloney. Sarah and i have been friends for well over 10 years now and in that time i've seen her donate countless hours and funding to her community, friends, local businesses and family and now it's our turn to help give something back to her.

Sarah has just been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis(MS). MS is a disease in which the immune system eats away at the protective covering of nerves.

In MS, resulting nerve damage disrupts communication between the brain and the body.

Multiple sclerosis causes many different symptoms, including vision loss, pain, fatigue and impaired coordination. At present Sarah is facing many of these symptoms and in 2023 there is still no cure for this disease.

While Sarah is working hard to get this new diagnosis under control she is going to have to take extended time away from work which is going to cause significant financial pressure not only on her but her loving husband Micheal and three children Haydn, Isaac and Georgia. They still have the pressures of rent, everyday living and medical expenses to keep on top of while Sarah is unable to work.

At just 37 years old, Sarah has many many many more years ahead of her and any donations in this tough time would be greatly appreciated.

I know for a fact that this woman would give the shirt off her back to those in need and would do anything she could to help others in need. Now it's our turn to help.
