Sarah Reynolds - YWAM Outreach

Hello! My name is Sarah Reynolds, and I’m a student at YWAM Tyler, Texas. I am currently going through their Discipleship Training School (DTS) program. At YWAM, I’m learning about God, His incredible redeeming love, and how to evangelize to the nations. Students participating in a DTS will experience two phases. The first is a lecture phase, and the second is an outreach phase. I am currently in the lecture phase, but I’ll start my outreach phase on Dec 29th.

   The big question most people have is… Where am I going for outreach?? The team I’m on will be going to Poland. While I’m there, our team will be building houses, evangelizing, and teaching them about God and His faithfulness. We hope to show these people how He’s always with us, through thick and thin, good and bad. He never forsakes us, even if it feels like He is far away.

   We are going to show these precious children of God that there is still a hope and future for them and their country. We are going to show them the love of God by providing them with what they need, be it a blanket, socks, or a nice hot meal. God’s heart is for these people, and He is leading me to them to share His good and perfect word. When God calls, we must respond and follow.

   I know the Lord will provide; he is always faithful and always fulfills His promises. If you are wondering how you can be a part of this, there are several ways. The most important is prayer. Pray for me, our team, and the people we will serve. Pray for our safety and provision on this trip.
