Sarah Rose Hadfield

On February 14th, 2023 our beloved Sarah unexpectedly lost her battle with mental health. The brilliance and humor she freely shared will be missed by all who love this beautiful soul.

Sarah was a passionate advocate for all animals and spent many weekends volunteering her time with Pet Refuge in South Bend, IN. Her love was infectious and even the grumpiest kitties eventually gave way to Sarah’s patience and persistence. She was drawn to the kitties who had difficult circumstances and trouble finding their furever homes.

Half of all funds raised will be donated to Pet Refuge where Sarah found profound healing and joy. The other half will be donated to the Casie Center — an organization advocating for the most vulnerable children in our community. All money raised will be donated, in her honor.

A private family service will be held on March 6th, 2023
