Sarah’s Virtual Lemonade Stand for Pediatric Cancer

Like most things in life, we’ve had to change up plans last minute and roll with something a little different. The girls had big plans of holding several in person lemonade stands at area businesses this summer to help build back the funds needed for them to run Sarah’s Warriors, The Officer Sarah Simons Foundation. A 501c3 Public Charity created by the. 7 year old Sarah and her big sister Payson. However, as many know we got some very difficult news at her appointment last week, and our plans for the summer need to change.
As we are processing what this means for Sarah, we realize how the future is so uncertain but also incredibly hard for her. She has a very tough fight ahead. This also means, that she is just not able to sit in this south Texas heat outside doing a lemonade stand. It would be far too much strain on her exhausted little body.
So I would LOVE to surprise her by holding a virtual lemonade stand! You can swing by the event page, leave her a message, donate if you feel led, and help us spread the word.
Life has been so hard for her, but she continues to smile and pay it foward to others. Your donations are not only tax deductible as we are an official 501c3, you’re also helping support pediatric cancer patients and the carrying on the girls mission.
