It's with an extremely broken heart that I have to do this. Unfortunately, on June 18, 2024, I found my mother had passed away.

It's been seven long days since this tragic event. No one should have to find their parent already passed. No one should not get to say goodbye, no one should endure what I've, and I know many others in life, have had to endure this past week.

As many know, I've been caring for my mom for my whole life. The past ten years, she has lived with me and I tried, man did I try my best to save her, to help her, to be there for her, etc.

My mom was one of a kind. Her laugh could silence a room but was so infectious it would make everyone laugh. If you know me then you know I inherited that same loud infectious laugh!!

My mom was tough, but her diseases were tougher. Unfortunately, mental health is a severe issue in the world we live in today. One lesson I've learned through this is, you can't help those that don't want to be helped. You can try but at the end, it's their choice.

My mom was tired, and she obviously was ready, she didn't have the fight that the Sarine we all know and love in her any more. She gave up. Leaving me to pick up the pieces again.

I've NEVER ASKED FOR HELP, I always made it happen. I always did what I had to in order to ensure my mom was cared for and taken care of. Unfortunately, it was not enough.

Now I'm here lost, and confused with a million questions as to why? So many why's???

With her passing comes much financial strain that I simply don't have the funds for.

I HATE asking for help. I don't ask for help and anyone who knows me knows I won't and don't ask for help. Well here I am at 36 years old having no choice but to ask for help.

My mom deserves the absolute best send off as possible. Unfortunately, I have to ask for help to do so.

If you're able to help at all, I greatly appreciate it, if you can't, please just press share.

I appreciate anyone just taking the time to read this and consideration in this extreme time of hurt I'm going through.

Thank you!
Mallory.
