Teacher Training with Meghan Currie

My mum, a Yoga teacher herself introduced me to yoga in my early childhood. What started with playing around with her, creating shapes with our bodies and trying to calm our minds by sitting in sweet meditation next to each other became an important part of my life and me really. Through being aware of the moment and wide open from inside to outside, showed me the magic of life in every tiny little moment. It was also she who always told me to follow my heart and connect with nature. 
Anyhow I moved to college like most of us, discussed and read about various topics and just funktioned the way that was asked of me. But that wasn't right for me.
And after my mum died four years ago, I felt incomplete and shut down inside, rejected my feelings. I needed something true and closer to reality. The only thing that kept me going and helped me through that difficult time with exams and papers was yoga. It reconnected me to my inner source, the power to believe and trust in myself, filled my heart with love and my eyes with light. And as a strong need to share that experience I suddenly realized teaching yoga as my purpose for life. Around that time I was downright pulled into my first Teacher Training. And that twisted my view and seriously changed my life for good. 

I have been teaching for almost three years now and ever since it gave me so much joy and love to see the people move and change through the process, I don't want to miss it anymore. With teaching yoga and walking in my mothers footsteps, also my hunger for knowledge, magic and helping others kept growing.  That way I stumbled over one of Meghan's videos on youtube. Immediately I got hooked  by her wild and free nature and her way of explaining the integrity of spirit and body. I felt like something awakened inside and started following her videos just to keep that feeling alive. Because of her I now call my inner wildness my own again, start to look at the shadowside again and stopped denying the medicine of inside as well. She was able to bring out the best in me without even being there in person. I was impressed and deeply grateful. Since then I surely know it is now her, that I want to intensify my practice with and move alongside her on the mat to grow.

So I applied for her 300h Teacher Training last year, calculated the  money and finally got accepted end of November 2015. But some unexpected things happened and I suddenly wasn't able to pay the whole ammount for the training. Therefore I got moved to the next round in November 2016 and try again now to ask you for helping me reach my dream. 

The Training will be a 6 week intensive training in Bali which as every other training is no exception of being expensive. This way I am asking you to help me travel and explore my inner medicine in November, to bring out the magic in others and become a more educated, experienced and authentic teacher. 

Being able to go further on this path of my heart means the world to me and what is more it would give me the opportunity to start a full-time business as a yoga instructor. With your help I will be enabled to guide my students with more confidence, skill and experience and  create something magical with people all over the world, like my mum once did with me. 

Any given donation will be put into the training and will only be used to cover the cost of training, travel and accommodations. I am enormously grateful for every penny that brings me one step closer to achieving my dream. And I thank you for taking the time to read my story!! Much Love to you
