My name is Michaelangelo Maurice Valentino Hayes, (CEO and Founder of Valentino's Workshop LLC in Baltimore, Maryland), and I am raising funds for the Saturday Night Smash Cycle III Esports initiative in Baltimore City, Maryland. Valentino's Workshop LLC is a tutoring and multimedia company that funds, grows, and crusades for different communities and community-oriented ventures. Saturday Night Smash is a partnership between Four4Three Gaming in Baltimore City and Valentino's Workshop made to provide meaningful, artistic, and recreational value to the Baltimore community.
Saturday Night Smash is a seasonal Super Smash Brothers Ultimate gaming tournament highlighting Black and Brown competitive Smash players and entrepreneurs native to Baltimore City and the greater DC-Maryland-Virginia area. Cycles I and II of Saturday Night Smash allowed for the Baltimore Arts Community to create a safe space and a self-sustaining ecosystem that dually allowed for us to birth the platform of a novel Esports League in the growing, and extremely lucrative market of Esports.
With a solid sales model, multi-talented team members, and significant partnerships with stakeholders of the Baltimore Arts Community, Saturday Night Smash is poised to be the next powerhouse in Black and Brown Esports Gaming. Recently, ahead of Cycle III, Saturday Night Smash has negotiated a live venue hosting space at MAP Technologies in Baltimore City. With completed payment, Saturday Night Smash will be able to utilize the elite gaming space which includes standing room for our plethora of individuals, vendors from various Baltimore small businesses, and usage of the studio space for a total of 6 to 7 weeks max.
With our pitch deck and team, Saturday Night Smash was able to negotiate $3000 off of the total booking price. To fully book the hosting space for Saturday Night Smash Cycle III, we would need to fundraise $4200 before January 2nd, 2022. This would cover the remaining venue booking fees, security, and other pertinent logistics for the weeks of the event.
Investors across the country have reached out to the board of Saturday Night Smash, desiring expansion of the program to their respective states in order to provide a lucrative community oriented and futuristic venture. Desires were also expressed to expand in order to make Saturday Night Smash able to provide afterschool programs and mentorship for youth in Black, Brown, and disadvantaged communities.
If Saturday Night Smash Cycle III in Baltimore City is able to reach its full potential through your donations, the nation is just across the horizon. Please consider a donation today. You can check out the Saturday Night Smash One Pager below.
