SATX Starbucks Workers United Relief Fund

We are the union workers of Starbucks stores in San Antonio. Baristas in San Antonio were the first in Texas to organize a union with Starbucks Workers United! We have been fighting to bargain our first contract with Starbucks. Starbucks, however, wants to ignore these requests and continues to engage in union-busting practices.

We've seen police called on workers for coming to work in union shirts, managers sneak into stores to corner and intimidate workers, benefits withheld, jobs and promotions threatened, and even workers getting fired for organizing their stores. Even worse, many Starbucks workers now face labor cuts that have impacted our stores in San Antonio. Our coworkers should be able to afford groceries, medical care, rent, and other necessities. With this relief fund, 100% of these funds will go directly to the workers at our stores so that we can keep doing what we love doing; serving coffee and connecting with you, our customers and our community, one cup at a time.
