Update: Any funds over the goal will go towards the following items - An altar crucifix, altar candle sticks, altar cloths, candles, Latin / English Hand Missals for the Nuns, and possibly the re-gilding of a ciborium.

Our Lady of Confidence Carmelite Monastery (Website), located in the Diocese of Savannah , was founded in 1958 at the request of the Bishop of Savannah for the spiritual enrichment of his flock. The hidden prayers, penances, and fulfillment of vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience of the nuns merit many graces for the Universal Church and for the faithful of the Diocese of Savannah, particularity her priests for whom the Carmelites have a special intercessory vocation.
With an ardent desire to offer fitting worship to the Most Holy Trinity, the Carmelite nuns are seeking to add to their currently sparse and somewhat spartan vestment selection. Your assistance in procuring the vestment sets listed below will provide the priests who celebrate any Holy Mass for the Carmel a more noble selection of liturgical vesture; moreover, it will provide priests who wish to offer the extraordinary form of the Mass with the necessary materials for doing so.
The current goal of $2,200 should cover the cost of the vestments sets below in addition to the international shipping charges. A novena of Mass will be offered for all donors. The Carmelites of Savannah thank you for any assistance you are able to provide!
