Hi family and friends. We started this GoFundme to help our sister, Charity Gail Lumpkin. Most of you know that we lost someone very special to us this week.

On June 30, 1993, a beautiful little blonde haired blue-eyed baby girl was brought into this world. Charity Gail came up with her name because she and her mom, Mary Beth Lumpkin, (may she rest in peace) were watching the movie “Savannah Smiles.” That lil girl, looked like what Charity Gail thought her lil girl would look like, and she did. She was such a good baby. She was vibrant and full of life!

Savannah always talked about their 9 years living in Germany and how she traveled more places in Europe than in the United States. She was a hard worker and had the vibrant personality. She was great with people and every place she worked, her coworkers and bosses would say she was one of their best employees!

Their house was the spot for all her friends to come hang out and we had some great times!! One of her friends said, “I was the shy one and you supported me and made sure I was never alone.” So many said she was the best friend, fun loving, and a great cook. She had a couple of great teachers!!

Savannah loved her babies with her whole heart but somehow she got lost and couldn’t seem to find her way back. The life she chose kept interfering with the life she needed and that we know deep down, was the life she wanted!!

This beautiful girl was taken away from us 2 months before her 31st birthday!!! Savannah Lumpkin’s life was cut short as a result of the type of world we live in. She got sucked into a life that shortened her time here with us!!! Her family tried to support and help her many times, but she could never completely break free.

She has three beautiful children, Harmonie, Trey, and Mia, and they are devastated. They will need so much love, support and counseling to help them endure and push forward.

Sadly, at this difficult time, Charity Gail has to face many difficult decisions and large financial drains. Savannah did not have a life insurance policy, so we are reaching out to anyone who would want to show these kids that their mama was loved. We would really appreciate it so much. All funds will go towards funeral and burial cost and counseling and support services for Savannahs children.
