Savannah Sapp Support Fund
Donation protected
I would like to share a story with you, about one our co-workers, friend, and mother of 2 girls, at SFMC. Her name is Savannah Sapp and she is a scrub tech in our OR. Savannah has recently been diagnosed with an extremely rare brain tumor. Due to the complexity and location of the tumor, she will have to travel to South Carolina for treatment and surgery to remove the tumor.
Savannah is an extremely hard working, independent, self sufficient single mom. We love Savannah and want to help her during this very difficult time, by offering her financial support and prayers. Her consultation with the surgeon is scheduled for July 20th. At this time, they will develop a plan for surgery and post op care. She is expected to be off work for a minimum of three months. She does have insurance, however, we all know the burden of uncovered medical expenses and she will also have travel expenses, for her care in South Carolina. In an effort to alleviate the burden and stress of financial obligations during her convalescence, we would appreciate any amount you could donate.
