Savaya navigating choppy waters, fighting strong

Hi, my name is Cameron Widlake

I am a proud father of a beautiful 13 year old, her name is Savaya Anne-Elizabeth Widlake. After visiting the pediatrician doctor, the doctor requested random blood work to be done. When the results came in, her mother Jennifer and I were contacted to get our daughter, Savaya, to the hospital immediately as the results indicated kidney problems. Her kidney functions have already been diminished by %30. All attempts to stop the continuing deterioation of her kidneys have had no success to date.

She is currently in the Stollery hospital, and her mother has taken off work to be with her.

The funds being raised are to help pay Jennifers monthly bills, as she is off of work, and needs all the support that can be given.

I am so thankful that Jennifer is able to be at my daughter Savaya's side, as this is a very scary time for a young child to experience on their own.
