Build The Birdhouse Retreat Centre

Hi! My name is Robin Young, and I am fundraising to create a one-of-a-kind retreat centre for expecting families and those trying to conceive. I have a vision, for pregnant. couples or those trying, of coming to our retreat centre so that their bodies can feel their best as they prepare for the next chapter in their lives.

The Birdhouse Retreat Centre will include eight small cabins for short-term rental and a large twelve treatment room clinic, providing natural health care. While you stay at the retreat centre you will have options for a health care system which will be a team-based model providing the most efficient and effective outcomes for the body's potential.

The property will also have another beautiful building on-site with a large dining hall for family-style meals and a commercial kitchen. This space will allow families to cook together and make meals to take home after their stay. The property will have gorgeous views from each cabin and several walking trails with access to meditation gardens and our vegetable garden. This retreat centre will be accessible to everyone. The Birdhouse will serve Guelph and the surrounding communities. The success of this retreat centre would create the opportunity to develop several smaller-scale retreat centres to be built all over Ontario to help families in need in smaller communities.

The fundraising efforts will allow for the purchase of the property and the buildings of the on-site facilities.
