Save Ali Hassan Al Najjar and Family from Gaza’s Tragedy

My name is Ali Hassan Al Najjar, and I am writing to you from Gaza, where my family and I face an unimaginable struggle for survival. I am 34 years old, and my wife, Lina Waheed Al Najjar, is 27. We have three precious children: Razan, aged 8; Suhair, aged 7; and Hassan, aged 6.

Four months ago, our lives were shattered when we were forced to flee from Rafah due to the escalating violence. During our displacement, we endured a devastating loss—my brothers, along with other loved ones, were killed by Israeli forces. They were victims of the ongoing genocide, and our hearts are forever broken.

Now, my family and I are living in a tent under deplorable conditions. The lack of proper nutrition and the harsh living environment have taken a severe toll on our health. My wife, who was already battling a stomach infection before the war, has seen her condition worsen. Our daughter Razan suffers from a weakened immune system and chronic chest allergies. Suhair endures painful skin rashes caused by the relentless heat in the tent, and little Hassan struggles with severely enlarged tonsils.

We have no income, no access to medical care, and no means to provide the essential needs for our family. My children and my wife are suffering daily, and I am powerless to change their circumstances without your help. Our only hope is to evacuate Gaza as soon as the borders open, seeking refuge in a safe place where we can begin to heal and rebuild our lives.
