Her scholarship was end in end of March 2024 & she is homeless now & she has no other option but to return to Iran & be imprisoned & excuted.

Sahar, an Iranian singer, poet, and activist living in exile in Germany, is facing an urgent crisis. Despite her commitment to using music and art for world peace, equality, freedom, and women's rights, she finds herself in dire need of support as she battles against persecution in Iran and homelessness in Germany.

Sahar, an Iranian singer and women’s rights activist, was forced to flee her homeland due to oppressive restrictions. In Iran, women are forbidden from singing and face severe restrictions on various aspects of their lives, including their basic rights.

Sahar's activism, coupled with her singing, made her a target for the regime. Following the release of her song 'Quarantine World,' she faced imminent arrest, prompting her to go into hiding with her bank account blocked by the regime. Enduring two months of constant fear and stress, she eventually escaped to Iraq, where she spent 1 year in very harsh conditions, including periods without food or any financial support. After that she managed to get herself to Germany.

Now, in Germany, Sahar's struggle continues. Despite receiving a scholarship for only two years just one year ago from the Ministry of Culture, the association responsible for its administration has failed to deliver on its promises and decided not to grant it to her for the second year, even though she tirelessly searched for employment or other scholarships throughout the last year. This has caused Sahar immense mental anguish. Facing homelessness and unable to receive social benefits due to her freelance status, Sahar is desperate for assistance to secure her livelihood for one year, allowing her to find employment in her field.

Sahar's situation is dire. Battling severe depression, stress, and anxiety and being separated from her whole family she finds herself abandoned and alone in a foreign land. She implores for your help to ensure her survival and the opportunity to rebuild her life.

Despite the risks, Sahar is part of a growing number of women in Iran who stand up and protest against this oppression."
