Save Baby Emmet

This is Baby Emmet, he was born on June 5, 2018 with Nephropthisis, a very very rare genetic condition.  So, with a huge help from his Mother, he has fought through past his first year!  He has given his family a lot of love this past year and he has a lot more to give, but the family needs your help.  He is getting very close to needing his transplants, liver and kidneys. And as such mom and baby will need to relocate to Edmonton for 2 years! That’s how long it will take for the transplants and close monitoring. They will need to do the liver first and then the kidneys.

He is a fighter and a trooper!! He’s already undergone multiple surgeries, and has to take a multitude of supplements and medication everyday just to survive, which his mother faithfully administers (she is not able to work).  Every night for 12 hours, his mother also carefully sets up the dialysis machine for him. He lays there very calmly, because he seems to know that it helps him.  Just look at this guy! He’s so cute and his family loves him so much!! His body is swollen as a side effect of some of the treatment he receives, but that doesn’t stop him from smiling!!
