Help Big Elm Brewery

Big Elm Brewing opened it's doors 6 years ago . The first 3 years showed great growth as we self distributed our beer in Berkshire County.
In year 4 we signed on with a distributor to increase sales throughout the whole state of MA. Over the past 3 years, we did not see the growth we expected but instead a drop in our sales by 40%. We are now transitioning back to self distribution and essentially rebuilding our business.
The support of our community has gotten us through the last few years as sales from the distributor have declined. This came in the form of supporting us in the taproom and relentlessly asking for our product in the market. We greatly appreciate this and your continued support.
The slow decrease in sales really hurt us financially. As we move forward and begin self distribution again we are looking to the community to help get us back on our feet. Most importantly we need a vehicle to deliver our beer. Because of the decrease in sales, we have been unable to secure a conventional loan. Funds raised will also be used for working capital as we reintroduce ourselves to the local market.
Our community is the reason we are here. We live and work in an amazing place with amazing people.
Thank you so much from the Big Elm Family,
Christine, Bill, Henry, Steve, Megan, and Ben
