We are trying to save Camp Andrew Russell for the future retreat for war veterans. The owner of this property has put it on the market. He has let us set up a retreat on Twenty acres of his land over the last sixteen years.

He has offered us a ninety nine year lease (with the option of purchasing for one dollar at later date) that will be registered against the title at the lands department. The cost of this is approximately fifteen thousand dollars of which we do not have as we rely on donations from people that use the camp to maintain and upgrade. If we cannot obtain this lease we will have to try and negotiate with the new owners. Camp Andrew Russell memorial camp is dedicated to the memory of the first Aussie digger that made the supreme sacrifice in Afganistan Sgt Andrew Russell.
