SAVE CONNECTICUT FOOTBALL -CHSIFL

Hi! My name is Dan Lacasky, President and Co-Commissioner of the Connecticut High School Independent Football League, or CHSIFL for short.

We're appalled that CT is one of 2 states without a commitment to play Football, while we have the lowest COVID transmission rate in the nation.

We're establishing a new league, club football, so that football can be played this fall, safely and under supervision of 2 leaders (myself and Mark Siems) who run Semi-Pro Football teams with 0 covid cases. 

This fundraiser will help the league secure gear for players-- new, certified helmets and pads, splash shields for inside helmet, and help pay for fields and referees, so that we can be fully inclusive to those who cant afford to purchase and afford gear.

After this fall, the plan for this league is to be a spring club league, similar to AAU, so that those who want to specialize in football can do so.
