Dave's Gym is an independent family-run business in the heart of Cardiff. They've been supporting the local community & businesses for over 14 years, helping the people of Cathays & Roath to achieve their goals and making the city of Cardiff a brighter and happier place to live!
I myself have only been a member there for a little over two months but I've genuinely never recieved such a warm reception or felt so welcome anywhere.
The recent Coronavirus/COVID-19 outbreak has hit everyone in different ways, many small businesses will struggle to survive the challenges that the next weeks and months bring. Dave's Gym is one of the many unfortunate victims of these circumstances.
Dave, his wife Zoe and their three children were pillar of the community well before I moved to Cardiff, and I wholeheartedly believe they deserve to be when this crisis is over.
100s of people pass through Dave's each week and every one of them, myself included, will be heartbroken to see Dave and his family lose their business. They are some of the most truly kind and admirable people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. They, like many, do not deserve the hardships these troubling times have brought.
All donations are gratefully recieved and will go towards helping Dave and his family keep the lights on and keep making Cardiff a happier and healthier place!
