Save disabled trans artist Toby (Streetpizza) from eviction

#savestreetpizza - please help a disabled trans artist avoid eviction and homelessness!
I've started this campaign on behalf of my friend Toby Free who you might know as Philly's own drag/burlesque and collage artist Streetpizza. While Toby is gainfully employed in their current role as a caterer they have experienced job loss previously due to their disability and the callous whims of the restaurant industry. As a result they are now facing eviction and homelessness for back rent owed.
During 2016-2017 I was lucky enough to host an inclusive variety show at Tattooed Mom called Queerspace and work with Toby. I was struck by their grace, creativity and kindness as they went beyond their duties as a performer and helped the show come together. I am proud to call them my friend.

If you are as disturbed by the political landscape of this country as I am and you want to do something to help trans, queer and disabled individuals, this is the moment you've been waiting for.
If we are able to raise the full amount, Toby will be able to avoid eviction. If not, all funds received will go towards finding them a new home. Having to relocate may lead to job loss and other logistical/life challenges so remaining in their current apartment would be ideal.
Please donate what you can and spread the word! Together we can help this iconic and bighearted artist thrive.
Sincerely,
Max Webber
