Help support starving dogs in Uganda

Hello my name is Haley and I am trying to assist with raising funds for a rescue that needs funds for the feeding, care and transport of helpless innocent dogs in Uganda. Unfortunately the government here does not help support these types of selfless people that devote their personal time to save, feed, provide vet care and house these poor dogs.
