Save Durham Community Preschool

Durham Community Preschool is a secular, non-profit,  half day preschool located in downtown Durham. Our focus is on play-based learning and Conscious Discipline. We are one of the few affordable preschools in the area and we just celebrated our 10 year anniversary in June. The DCP Board found out yesterday that the lease for our current preschool space will not be renewed.  Our preschool is in need of a new building...of a new place to call home. 

Funds raised here will go towards securing a new space (either for lease or for purchase), renovating or outfitting the space to be able to educate our kids safely, and moving expenses.  We want to be able to continue making our preschool affordable for our current and prospective families.  This need is urgent- though our lease will end in May 2020, the preschool has to find and have a plan for a new space by December 15th with a move date of May 31st
