Save Eugene Weekly

Thanks to our loyal readers and advertisers, Eugene Weekly has endured where other newspapers have struggled. Due to some serious embezzlement by our former bookkeeper (allegedly) we are in a deep financial hole but fighting to keep this newspaper alive. We are working on a comeback plan. And if we are going to come back, we need the community’s help.

You can contribute directly to our efforts to return to print, posting stories online, writing our weekly email newsletters, and keeping this paper alive and back in your hands.

These funds will be used to back back wages to staff, to pay down bills we thought had been paid and to get our operation back up and running. All donations will go directly into the Eugene Weekly business banking account.
